If in the Latin market his greatest successes come from bolero and ballads, Feliciano is more recognized in the world for his influences and performances in the field of soul, jazz, rock and Latin rhythms. He has countless well-known songs but there are three that marked his musical career: “Light my fire”, which opened the doors of popularity with the song and the LP that included it that was a hit sounded in many countries of the world such as the USA, Canada, Brazil, Australia and the United Kingdom among others; “Che sarà”, sung at the Sanremo Festival, which was a hit in Europe, Asia and America; and “Feliz Navidad”, a song of his authorship considered one of the most listened to during the Christmas season in the whole world.

As a composer he has more than 100 registered songs, among which can be mentioned: “There is no shadow that covers me”, “Oh, honey”, “I spend my life thinking”, “You have forgotten me”, “Destiny”, “Come Down Jesus”, “Angela”, “Rain”, “Chico & The Man”, “Hard Times In El Barrio” and the instrumentals: “Pegao” and “Affirmation”. He was one of the first artists to include duets within his albums, among which stand out: “Samba pa’ ti” with Santana (1982), “To say goodbye” with Ann Kelly (1982), “Eterno amor” with Ann Kelly (1983), “Abrázame” with Becky López Porter (1984), “Por ella” with José José (1985), “Un amor así” with Lani Hall (1985), “Qué pada nos da por él” with Angelica María (1986), “No hay mal que por bien no venga” with Pandora (1987), “Tengo que decirte algo” with Gloria Estefan (2000) and “Su hija me gusta” with Farruko (2010).
