Aksel Rønning Trio is the band with the world’s simplest songs. The songs are simple to have more room for improvisation and are usually based on saxophonistic ideas that bandleader Aksel Rønning plays in the rehearsal room. With him is the power duo August Glannestrand on drums and Eskild Okkenhaug on bass who have buckets of playing experience behind them which they unfold to fill the trio format.
